ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joe Frangieh - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Our successful office is looking for a highly motivated, confident, determined and energetic professional with a winning spirit. We're looking for the right Account Manager to grow our office with their passion for finding customers who want an experienced professional to help them understand the best insurance and financial products that will save them from a financial disaster when the unexpected happens.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships, develop leads, insurance quotes, and close sales using needs-based conversations 
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations by fostering and maintaining strong client relationships with follow up phone calls and scheduling appointments to help maintain high retention rate
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin) speaking preferred
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property & Casualty + Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
BENEFITS:
  • $50,000-$70,000/yr Base salary plus commissions/bonus
