RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Speaking with clients by phone, email, text.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Scheduling and conducting policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years experience in insurance sales with a State Farm agency required.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
- Property & Casualty and Life licensed (must be able to obtain).
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
- Strong work ethic & leadership skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
