ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We're looking for the right account manager to grow our office with their passion for finding customers who want an experienced professional to help them understand the best insurance and financial products that will save them from a financial disaster when the unexpected happens.

As a Life Insurance Sales Lead you will work with and be supported by a dynamic team that shares your desire to be the best. We'll invest in your success and coach you to earn at a high level. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and close sales using needs-based conversations and exceptional customer service to educate prospective clients and existing customers.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to foster and maintain strong client relationships with follow up phone calls, schedule appointments, and help maintain high retention rate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Possess excellent communication skills and ability to create relationships and build strong rapport from a cold start.
  • Insurance sales experience required. State Farm sales experience preferred
  • Display good analytical skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Life/Health & Property/Casualty Insurance Licenses
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
BENEFITS:
  • $55,000-$85,000/yr Base Salary plus commission/bonus
  • Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
